The Body Shop manager was very attentive to my needs. We had to delay the warranty repairs for my 2023 GMC Terrain as I was dealing with some major health issues. In fact he even called me to see how I was doing doing. Once I was healthy I was able to bring the vehicle in for repairs and it was done satisfactory. Good job by the body shop team.

Another excellent experience for quality repair. I had a couple of minor issues and Dan and the guys in service took great care of me. I stopped by the shop and they were able to work me in long enough to check out my Terrain, so they could diagnose it and order the parts, then they contacted me when the parts arrived and set up a time for the repair. I dropped off the vehicle in the afternoon and they notified me the next afternoon that it was completed. Thanks again.

My vehicle was brought to Coffman GM 7 or 8 times for the same issues. It finally appears for now my main reduced engine power and check engine light issue has been resolved. I still have issues with acceleration as there is a significant delay when I press the gas which has was brought to the attention of the dealership multiple times. I regularly had to call the dealership to get updates on my vehicle as they did not reach out to me with updates.

Overall, in relation to the service on my truck, I see that what is in Coffman's control is being done well. Friendly people, prompt service and a clean truck when done is a blessing. I am concerned that this is the second oil change completed since being notified the engine is on the list to be inspected and provided the new oil to prevent failure and it is still not completed.

Had a coolant sensor replaced and it had a leak and to bring truck back in to have fix. Also had an oil leak which I told service about after oil change and fuel filter which was not check or fix. That leak is why I am bring my truck back again on October 9.

My truck was in for a complete engine replacement. This is a HUGE job with everything that needs to be done, from managing the parts and vendors to the diagnosing, and the terrible job of dealing with an insurance company. Everyone was extremely friendly and the wait was minimal wait time. The lady at the service desk was super nice and because of her I will continue to bring my vehicle there. I usually go to the dealership I bought my vehicle from for maintenance but this is 2 minutes from home so it made it very convenient and since everyone was nice and informative I plan to continue using Coffmans. I just wish your company sold some kind of maintenance package for regular oil changes to make it easier for me, but I understand those that offer that these days are few and far between. Thank you for being a great local dealership!
